Pork in Bamboo

First take the pork meat and watch it very clean. Next make paste of garlic, ginger, chilli, onion. Mix the paste with the meat. Then add salt and 1teespone oil. And mix all the ingredients.

Next, put the meat on bamboo. Bamboo should be blocked by one side. After inserting the meat than close the bamboo with some aluminium foil. Then bake it on fire. When the bamboo get burnt the pork is ready.
